The Minnesota Nurses Association needed a voting platform to help facilitate more secure and efficient Board meetings and votes. The organization chose SBS’s Real-Time Election Voting Software, and has quickly integrated it into a variety of operations because of the efficiency it delivers. 

Each year, CHS Inc. hosts an annual meeting where 2,500+ attendees gather to elect leadership through a multi-layered voting structure. To manage the challenges of onsite elections with varying voting rights, CHS partnered with SBS 17 years ago. SBS manages mailed and in-person voting ensuring a smooth, accurate process.

When Land O’Lakes, Inc. shifted its Annual Meeting to a virtual format due to the pandemic, it needed a secure and reliable way to conduct critical governance votes. Partnering with SBS, the cooperative used Real-Time Voting Software to ensure seamless, transparent, and secure voting for its members. 

In-person voting can be a challenge - but Palmetto Electric Cooperative found a better way. By combining drive-thru voting with secure electronic ballots, members were able to vote quickly and easily from their vehicles using their mobile phones or iPads. 

Gleneagles Country Club wanted to offer members more flexibility in how they voted - without abandoning paper ballots. Using our DIY Online Election Software, they introduced a hybrid election that gave more than 1,000 members the option to vote online or by mail. 

Alabama Ag Credit now manages nominations and scholarships in one secure online portal. With SBS’s application software, candidates apply, upload documents, and collect signatures all in one place - saving staff time and making participation easier for members.
